Botanical Effects Skincare System!!!...

I've tried quite a few products on my skin... I mean, non-cosmetic products. And usually they end up drying my face out, breaking my face out or just not doing what it said it would do... hence the trying quite a few products. Well, I found the MK Time Wise Miracle Set and, paired with the Microdermabrasion Set, I'm in LOVE! But there's a new set of products that have been catching my eye along with the eyes of some of my Dazzlers! The Mary Kay Botanical Effects Skin Care line has become one of the more popular skin care systems, from what I've seen. It doesn't have the same anti-aging ingredients as the Time Wise collection, but it's gentle, non-stripping formula has an appeal that many people are looking for. It comes in 3 different formulas: Formula 1 for dry skin, Formula 2 for normal skin and Formula 3 for oily skin. I haven't made the switch because, like I said, I LOVE my Time Wise, but I did try the Formula 3 Mask (which removes impurities as it revitalizes skin) in the middle of the week as kind of a refresher between microdermabrasion treatments and WOW! My face felt smooth, extra clean and refreshed. I've decided to make it a part of my routine! A friend of mine and director in the Mary Kay business, sent me an email and I was pretty amazed. Sometimes you don't need something that's made specifically for acne treatment, you just need to take care of your skin with great products....

The MK Men Face Bar Review!!!

  Ok so I've noticed that, while I am giving photos that show off the amazing makeup that Mary Kay has to offer, I'm totally forgetting the most awesome part about trying new things and sharing them with other people!.... REVIEWS!!!

  I'm not a man (hopefully that's obvious) but I am very close to an amazing man who was looking to possibly switch up his facial care routine. My best friend Joshua Bell!!!! I sent him an MK Men face bar, which is meant to "Give him a fresh start with the face bar that cleans and buffs skin as it begins the process to help reduce the visible signs of aging. Skin is left smooth and healthy-looking."

Needless to say, I was pretty anxious to see what he thought. I asked him to give me an immediate review about the smell and overall feel of his skin after just 1 use. I also asked him to give me another review after 2-4 weeks to pin-point any likes, dislikes, changes in look and feel of his skin and weather or not he'd recommend it! This is just part 1 so here is his review after just 1 use!....

  "Product outside of the package..."

  "There isn't a definitive scent besides soap. It smells pure, like Dove soap. I like Dove soap for my face, so it seems promising."

And after 1 use...

  "So, after the first use: I like the way my skin feels! I had been noticing that the time it took for my skin to become oily again was shortening as I was washing with regular body soap (Lever 2000) and I wanted something that would make my face feel better. So far, this totally has."
